CCS event includes sweets, cheese and a fashion show
Throughout the calendar, the Canadian Cancer Society's Oxford County unit has many fundraisers to participate in.
The CCS locally also requires volunteers for Relay For Life, door-to-door canvassing, and many other areas.
Later this month, it's the annual dessert-eating fundraiser at Craigowan. It's not too late to donate an item for the penny sale table, and it's certainly never too late to buy tickets.

Bob and Keri Axon are community champions
WOW magazine honours couple from Relay For Life
Many many 'Community Champions' have played a significant role in making Relay For Life the terrific fundraiser it is.
Bob and Keri Axon have been recognized in this month's What's On Woodstock magazine for their long-time efforts to the Canadian Cancer Society and other local charities, causes and interests.
Keri was co-chair for the past two years of Relay with Kim Whitehead.
